These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and MineroBux ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the MineroBux website, platform, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT OR USING THE SERVICE IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE.
This Agreement applies to all users of the Service, including users who watch advertisements to earn credits ("Earning Users") and advertisers who purchase advertising inventory through the platform ("Advertisers").
The following terms have the meanings set forth below throughout this Agreement:
"Ad Credits" or "Credits" means the virtual currency accrued by Earning Users upon completing qualifying ad views. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for money.
"Ad View" means a qualifying instance of a user watching an advertisement to completion and correctly entering the verification code displayed during the ad.
"Mines Game" means the skill-and-chance-based game offered on the platform where users wager Credits for the opportunity to increase their USD Balance.
"USD Balance" means an internal account balance denominated in United States cents, accrued through Mines Game winnings. The USD Balance is not a bank account, does not accrue interest, and is redeemable solely for Robux Gift Cards as described herein. No cash payouts are made under any circumstances.
"Robux Gift Card" means a digital gift card redeemable on the Roblox platform for Roblox's virtual currency ("Robux"), which MineroBux provides as the sole form of redemption for USD Balance.
"CPM" means cost per thousand impressions, the unit by which advertisers purchase ad inventory on the platform.
"House Edge" means the platform's built-in mathematical advantage applied to all Mines Game sessions.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately terminate the account and delete all associated data. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or accessing the Service in any capacity.
You represent that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of the Service.
The Service is available only in jurisdictions where its operation is lawful. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use complies with all applicable local laws. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at any time.
Each individual may maintain only one Earning User account. Creation of multiple accounts by a single person, or use of automated systems to create accounts, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
MineroBux is a web-based advertising platform and games service. Users earn Credits by watching video and text advertisements. Earned Credits may be wagered in the Mines Game for the opportunity to accumulate a USD Balance, which may then be redeemed for Robux Gift Cards at the rates published on the platform.
Upon creating an account, Earning Users may watch available advertisements displayed on the platform. Each completed Ad View awards Credits based on the CPM bid of the displayed advertisement, minus the platform's operational margin. Credits accumulate in the user's account and may be used to play the Mines Game.
Advertisers may submit campaigns to display their content to MineroBux's user base. Advertising inventory is priced on a CPM basis and allocated in order of effective bid value. All advertising purchases are non-refundable once impressions have been served.
We do not guarantee that ads will always be available, that any minimum level of Credits will be earned, or that any particular USD Balance will be achieved through the Mines Game. The Mines Game involves chance, and users may lose wagered Credits.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@minerobux.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are personal to the registered user and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account without authorization will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all Credits and balances.
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@minerobux.com. Deletion is permanent. Any USD Balance below the redemption threshold will be forfeited upon deletion.
Ad Credits earned through the Service have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred to another user. Credits exist solely as a unit of account within the MineroBux platform.
MineroBux reserves the right to expire Credits in accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months, with reasonable advance notice posted to the platform.
A USD Balance accrued through Mines Game winnings represents an internal ledger credit, not a bank deposit, cash entitlement, or promise to pay money. The USD Balance is denominated in United States cents solely for the purpose of calculating Robux Gift Card redemption amounts relative to our supplier cost. Under no circumstances does MineroBux make cash payouts to users.
Users whose USD Balance meets or exceeds the published redemption threshold may submit a redemption request for a Robux Gift Card of the corresponding denomination. Available tiers are displayed in the platform at the time of redemption. Current tiers include:
Redemption tiers, amounts, and thresholds are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. Gift card codes are delivered digitally to the email address on file within twenty-four (24) hours of a fulfilled request.
Robux Gift Cards are not equivalent to cash. The market or resale value of Robux is determined solely by Roblox Corporation and may change at any time. MineroBux makes no representation regarding the value of Robux and is not liable for changes in Robux pricing or Roblox platform policies.
MineroBux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Roblox Corporation or its products. "Robux" and "Roblox" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Robux Gift Cards are sourced from authorized resellers and are subject to Roblox's own terms of use.
If a Robux Gift Card code is not delivered within forty-eight (48) hours of a submitted redemption request, please contact support@minerobux.com. We will investigate and either re-deliver the code or, at our discretion, refund the corresponding USD Balance to your account.
Upon account termination for any reason, any USD Balance below the applicable redemption threshold is forfeited. If termination results from a breach of this Agreement, all Credits and USD Balance are forfeited regardless of amount.
Advertisers may create campaigns by submitting advertising materials and configuring their CPM bid through the advertiser dashboard. Campaigns are served to users in descending order of effective bid value.
All advertising purchases are final and non-refundable once impressions have been served.MineroBux may, at its sole discretion, issue credits for impressions determined by our systems to have not been delivered in accordance with campaign parameters.

MineroBux reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any advertising campaign at its sole discretion and without liability. Appeals may be directed to support@minerobux.com.
The Mines Game is a chance-based game in which users wager Ad Credits for the opportunity to multiply their wager, with winnings credited to their USD Balance. The game involves risk and users may lose all Credits wagered in a session.
All Mines Game sessions incorporate a mathematical house edge reflected in the published multiplier table. The effective expected value per session is less than the amount wagered. By playing, you acknowledge and accept this house edge.
The maximum payout from a single Mines Game session is capped at $5.00 (500 cents) of USD Balance, regardless of multiplier. Credits in excess of the cap are not credited.
You may not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to play the Mines Game other than direct manual interaction. Violation will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all Credits and balances.
The Mines Game awards prizes solely in the form of a USD Balance redeemable only for Robux Gift Cards, as described in Section 6. No cash is paid out under any circumstances.MineroBux takes no position on the legal classification of the Mines Game under applicable law and users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with local laws regarding games of chance.
The following are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
MineroBux employs automated fraud detection systems that analyze behavioral patterns including ad view frequency, IP addresses, session timing, and account relationships. By using the Service, you consent to this monitoring for fraud prevention purposes.
Upon detection of suspected fraud or abuse, MineroBux may, without prior notice: suspend or terminate the account; void all or any portion of Credits and USD Balance associated with fraudulent activity; withhold or reverse pending redemptions; and refer the matter to law enforcement.
To operate the Service, we collect: account information (email address, username, password hash); session and authentication data; ad view events (timestamp, ad ID, IP address, user agent) for fraud detection and earnings attribution; and Mines Game activity records.
We do not collect payment card information (handled exclusively by Stripe), government ID, or any information beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
We use Stripe for payment processing, MongoDB Atlas for data storage, Resend for transactional email delivery, and Pusher for real-time features. By using the Service, you consent to the processing of your data by these subprocessors under appropriate data protection agreements.
Account data is retained for up to seven (7) years following account termination for fraud prevention and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting support@minerobux.com. Financial records required by law will be retained as mandated regardless of deletion requests.
We maintain technical measures designed to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and hashed password storage. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service integrates with or links to third-party services including Roblox, Stripe, and others. MineroBux is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@minerobux.com. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, for any reason including: violation of this Agreement; suspected fraud or abuse; extended inactivity; or business discontinuation.
Upon termination, all licenses granted herein immediately terminate, you must cease all use of the Service, and Credits and any USD Balance below the redemption threshold are forfeited.
All right, title, and interest in the Service — including the website, software, trademarks, and all associated intellectual property — are and remain the exclusive property of MineroBux and its licensors. This Agreement does not convey any ownership interest in the Service.
Subject to compliance with this Agreement, MineroBux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. This license does not permit modification, distribution, reverse engineering, or decompilation of any portion of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINEROBUX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components; that any particular level of Credits, USD Balance, or Robux value will be achieved; or that Robux Gift Cards will retain any particular value.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MINEROBUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
MineroBux's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount of USD Balance held in your account at the time of the claim; or (ii) ten United States dollars ($10.00).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MineroBux and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of this Agreement; (iii) your violation of any applicable law; or (iv) any content you submit through the Service.
Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact MineroBux at support@minerobux.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith for at least thirty (30) days following written notice.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal proceedings shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in any class, consolidated, or representative action.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at minerobux.com/terms with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where practicable.
